Science Project Support Application

For Public and Non Profit Private Schools in California

Teachers at public schools or private not-for-profit schools located in California may request a donation of science project poster boards and an Edison UV Meter (learn more at http://www.arborsci.com/prod-UV_Meter-1288.aspx) for use during the 2010-'11 academic year.

Acceptance of Science Project Support is subject to the following conditions:

•	Each teacher may request a maximum of 150 science project poster boards
•	Each teacher may request a maximum of one Edison UV Meter
•	Science Project Support is available only to teachers at public schools or private not-for-profit schools located in California
•	Science project poster boards are DONATED by the Synopsys Outreach Foundation. The boards MAY NOT be re-sold to students or parents
•	Teachers and school administrators will recognize the Foundation's donation in any science fair related materials and publicity
•	In order to insure equitable distribution of the science project poster boards, the Foundation may reduce the number of boards allotted for your school
•	All materials provided by the Synopsys Outreach Foundation are donations made to the school and not to any teacher as an individual
